How often will I get a utility bill?+
Utilities are billed quarterly. You can expect four bills per year for water, sewer, and refuse services.
My water consumption seems high — what should I do?+
First, check for leaks at toilets, faucets, and outdoor spigots. If your bill still looks wrong, submit a Bill Protest form. There's a $40 fee that's refunded if the meter read was incorrect. Submit a protest →
What payment methods are accepted?+
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), debit card, and ACH/eCheck from a checking or savings account. A small convenience fee applies to card transactions; eCheck is free.

If your bank cannot process your payment, the City will assess a returned-payment fee. You'll receive notice by mail and email and should resubmit promptly to avoid late charges.
